I have another solutions. Turn off internet before updated you Windows. Install your TV Card first.
Then, connet your internet and go to update. Catching the TV Card update and desable, then HIDE.
Finaly continue your update instalation. Always Windows Vista and Windows 7, install update automatically. Easy Solution: How to desable the TV Card update:. Before Windows do that, Do it yourself. Go to Start All Programs and click on Windows Update Then click on ' Check For Update' option.
